On this foraging expedition from Urban Outdoor Skills, you'll take to Orcas Park with an expert guide leading the way. As a group, you'll learn how to scout and identify local aromatic or medicinal plants. Then, step-by-step, learn to take those local growths and craft them into beer (yes, beer), utilizing a process that's been practiced for a thousand years, so it's withstood the test of time. Once you have mastered the technique, you can replicate the recipe on your own at home, taking that day's foraged plants with you.
