What we love At an intimate table in the private dining room of central kitchen, Chef Thomas McNaughton will be whip up eight dishes, personally presenting each one. Dubbed a culinary icon by Food & Wine, Chef McNaughton has also worked in the kitchens of Gary Danko and Quince. Each course will be paired with wine from central kitchens collection, both recognizable and rare. The James Beard Foundation nominated Thomas for Rising Star Chef in 2011, and again in 2012.
