What we love At the pop-up restaurant, savor a three-course menu created by celebrated Chef Wolfgang Ban, chef and owner of New York's Edi & the Wolf, and the Michelin-starred Seasonal Restaurant & Weinbar. The festival will feature three pours by the Radeberger Gruppe, often referred to as the keeper of the German beer culture, including the Pilsner, Schfferhofer Weizen and Hvels Original. The Pilsner is refreshing, brewed with fine barley malt, the choicest hops and soft water from the brewerys own well. The pour is known as The Original German Pilsner. Schfferhofer Weizenknown as the champagne among wheat beersis fruity with a touch of citrus and clove. The Hvels Original is golden-red in color and based off a recipe from 1893. The unique taste is due to a special mashing process using four types of malt.
